How is it possible to create an exhaustive list or photo collection of people who contributed materially to such a project as this?
Each person included in the collage below was absolutely critical to the success of the project at one time or another. Here
we have scientists, engineers, government officials, corporate officers, finance officers and linguists - even one lawyer! To
the right is pictured Viktor Skatchkov, the Russian partner Project Manager. From among all the project participants Viktor
could perhaps be deemed the most important, because he brought all of these people together and indeed held them together when all
the inevitable difficulties arose. Thanks Viktor.
