The Environmental Compliance Organization International LLC (eco) offers consultancy services for environmental control and remediation.  eco members include specialists in environmental law, engineering and natural sciences who together develop integrated solutions to complex environmental problems. 

eco advises municipal and territorial governments how to develop sustainable, environmentally responsible, cost effective and legally compliant regulatory systems for municipal and industrial waste.  eco works with private industry clients to ensure compliance with all government regulations for protection of human health and the environment. In addition, eco develops remedies for environmentally impaired sites and manages implementation of those remedies.
 
eco’s principal advisor and Managing Member is Thomas Benke, a United States licensed attorney and chemical engineer with over 20 years experience in environmental control and remediation and more than 6 years experience consulting in the former Yugoslavia and the Russian Far East.  Representative clients include the City of Khabarovsk, Russia and the territorial government of Khabarovsk Krai.
